Creation for kid lunch boxes and a fulfilling snack for kids.
Ingredient:
1 x 180g can TC Boy Tuna with Chilli Padi / TC Boy Tuna Mayonnaise Salad Spread
1 420g loaf of bread
3 eggs – beaten, for dipping bread use
Cooking oil –for shallow fry
Preparation:
1) Remove edges of the bread and use rolling pin or a spoon to flatten the bread. Place a spoon full of TC Boy tuna at one side of the bread. Roll it tight. Seal the edge by applying some water.
2) Dip the tuna roll into egg liquid and make sure they are evenly covered. Shallow fry the rolls till they turn golden brown.
3) Serve while it’s hot.
