Sea Coconut Egg Custard

Ingredient:
1 can TC Boy Sea Coconut in Honey, drained
4 tbsp fine sugar
350 ml hot water
1 tsp pandan coconut oil
4 large eggs, beaten
Preparation:
1. Bring water to boil, add in sugar stirring until sugar completely dissolved. Add in pandan coconut oil stir mixing thoroughly.
2. Mix the eggs with hot sugar syrup. Sieve the egg mixture. Spread sea coconut slices onto steam dish.
3. Pour the egg mixture into steam dish.
4. Cover & steam egg mixture over rapid boiling water for 12-15 mins or until the egg custard is just set. Serve hot.
