Green Papaya Tuna Salad

Ingredient:
3 cans 180g TC BOY Tuna with Chili Tuna
700 g unripe papaya, coarsely shreds
100g carrot shreds
10 cherry tomatoes, chopped
10 red bird’s eye chilies, coarsely minced
8 shallots, sliced
4 garlic, finely minced
2 lemon juice
2 tbsp Honey to taste
2 tbsp palm sugar
3 pieces kaffir lime leaves shreds
¾ tsp salt
100 g coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
For Garnishing : Some coriander leaves
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients and toss well in a big salad bowl.
2. Add the tuna flakes and toss mixed briefly, serve on serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
