Baked Black Pepper TUNA Cheese Rice

Ingredient:
Rice
300 g cooked rice
1. Wash rice, pre soak for 10 minutes and drain well. Add in water and cook rice in a rice cooker,2 rice cup rice to 21/4 cup water.
2. When rice is done, fluff with a pair of chopsticks. Set aside to cool before using.
WHITE RICE PREPARATION
A) 50 g butter & 1 bay leaf
B) 50 g plain flour mixes with 100ml milk & 250g Victoria chicken broth
B) 3 tbs olive oil
1 medium onions, chopped & 2 pips garlic slices
1 tsp black powder
2 cans TC BOY White Meat Tuna
80 g diced canned button mushroom
100 g cooked chopped cauliflower with butter oil
Pan-fried onion rings for garnishing
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven 180 deg C. Place ovenproof or gratin dish in the oven to heat it up.
2. Melt butter in a pan, put in bay leave, flour and cook , stirring for 1 minute.
3. Add milk and chicken broth gradually, to form a roux.
4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan ad fry onion slices and garlic till fragrant. Add in black pepper and white meat tuna. Stir mixing briefly. Remove and set aside.
5. Add cooked rice , chopped cooked butter cauliflower, button mushroom and fried Tuna chunks over rice layer. Top the white sauce. Scatter the top with pan-fried onions rings and topped with mozzarella cheese sprinkle with some paprika powder if preferred.
6.Bake for about 10- 12 minutes till the cheese is bubbling and top is golden brown. Serve immediately.
