Fried Spicy Kuey Teow

Ingredient:
1 x 180g can TC Boy Tuna with chilli Padi
300g kuey teow
200g fresh mushroom(cut to 4)
1 pc red chili, finely sliced
1pc (big)garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
1 bunch green pepper corn
2 brunches basil leaves
4-5 pcs baby corn
1 tablespoon sweet soya sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
1.Heat oil , sauté garlic and red chili. Add mushroom and fry.
2. Add baby corn, green pepper corn, TC BOY with Chili Padi and stir. Add kuey teow and mix well.
3.Add sweet soya sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and mix well.
4. Garnish with basil leaves before serving.
