Tuna Curry

Ingredient:
2 x 180 g can TC BOY Solid White Meat Tuna in brine, drained
2 tablespoons thai red curry paste
2 cups coconut cream
3 cups coconut milk
1 cup potato, peeled and cut to 2
½ cup onion , peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation:
1. Heat 1 cup of coconut cream with red thai curry paste on medium flame until simmer. Add the banana of coconut cream a little by a little and mix well.
2. Add potato, onion, fish sauce,sugar and coconut milk. Add TC BOY Tuna and slowly simmer until the potato is cooked.
