Dough Ingredient:
2 tablespoons Dried yeast
8oz Fine sugar
8oz Butter
6pcs Egg
450ml Fresh milk
2 lb wheat flour
Filling Ingredients to mix thoroughly:
3 x 180g cans TC BOY white meat Tuna with cili padi
1pc onion
3 brunches spring onions(finely sliced)
1 handful coriander leaves
Preparation:
1. Heat fresh milk until it is warm. Add in dried yeast, stir and set aside until it dissolves for about 10 minutes.
2. Add sugar, egg, flour,butter,knead well and set aside until it doubles in size.
3. Punch dough down, knead again, cover and set aside in fridge for about 4 hours.
4.Before bake, punch dough down, knead and shape to ball. Add TC BOY Tuna filling and bake in
pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes.
