Capellini Dengan Pesto Tuna

Ingredient:
1 x 180g can TC BOY Tuna with Chilli Padi
6 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Garlic,chopped
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded
200g Angel hair pasta,boiled and set aside
6 pcs Fresh mushroom, sliced
1pc Eggplant, sliced and roasted
5pcs Cherry Tomato (for garnishing)
½ pcs Red capsicum, sliced and roasted
Others Basil Leaves(for garnishing), salt and ground pepper to taste
Ingredients for Pesto Sauce: (ground into fine paste)
200g Pine peas
1 hold Basil leaves
4 cloves Garlic
6 tablespoons Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Heat olive oil, add in garlic, mushroom and mix well.
2. Add egg plant, capsicum and followed by pasta, TC BOY Tuna and pasto sauce.
3. Add tomato, salt and pepper to taste
4. Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese and basil leaves before serving.
