A 10 mins thai style salad. You can serve with rice or on lettuece as a salad or as an appetizer in a celery boat.
Ingredient:
2 x 180 g cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in Spring Water, drained
50 g Lemongrass, finely sliced
2 pcs Shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
20 g Spring onion, chopped
10 pcs Bird's eye chillies, finely sliced
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Fish sauce
1 bunch Coriander leaves, chopped
2 pcs Red chillies, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
20 g Mint leaves
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix shallots, spring onion, lemongrass, bird's eye chillies. Add in tuna, lemon juice, fish sauce and sugar. Mix well.
2. Garnish with coriander leaves, red chilli and mint leaves before serving.
