Ingredient:
1 x 180 g can TC BOY Tuna Solid In Brine
1 packet Crunchy egg noodle
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 tablespoon Corn flour
30 g Kailan
30 g Baby corn
30 g Cauliflower
20 g Carrot, thinly sliced
20 g Mushroom
1 cup Vegetable stock (boil any vegetables and take the water)
50 g Small prawn
50 g Cuttlefish
50 g Red fish fillet
3 cloves Garlic, peeled and and thinly sliced
1cm fresh ginger, finely chopped
Others Salt and ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Heat oil, sauté garlic, ginger and add prawn cuttlefish and fish meat until cooked.
2. Add vegetable stock, kailan, TC BOY Tuna, baby corn, cauliflower, carrot, mushroom and let it simmer. Dissolve the corn flour and pour into wok. Add in salt ground pepper to taste.
3. Place the crunchy egg noodle in a bowl and spoon the gravy on noodle and serve immediately.
