Ingredients for crust
1 cup cold butter, diced small
500g bread flour, sifted
2 tablespoons sesame seed, roasted
2 cups cold water
1 tomato, sliced round

Ingredients for tuna filing
3 cans TC BOY Chilli tuna with Chilli Padi
2 tablespoon butter
½ large onion, peeled & chopped finely
1 tablespoon meat curry powder
1 stalk coriander, chopped
Ingredients for custard
4 eggs
1 ½ coconut milk and whipping cream
Others salt to taste
Preparation:
Method for crust
1. Add butter and salt into the flour and mix until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.Add in the sesame seeds.Add cold water a little at a time and knead to form a soft dough.
2. Cover dough with plastic cling wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out dough and line quiche pan as the base.
3. Put tuna filling into the quiche base and pour custard over. Arrange sliced tomatoes on top of the custard.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes.
Method for tuna filing
1. Heat butter and sauté onion until they are soft.
2. Add curry powder and sauté onion until they are soft.
Method for custard
1. Beat eggs, a little alt and coconut milk with a fork. Add black pepper as desired.
