300g yellow noodles,blanched
4 pieces fish cakes,deep fried & sliced
4 eggs, hard boiled & halved
½ cup crispy fried onions
3 fresh limes
Others spring onions, chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste

6 cans TC Boy Chilli Tuna with chilli Padi
¼ cup cooking oil
3 large onions, peeled & finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, peeled & finely chopped
1cm fresh ginger, peeled & finely chopped
1 tablespoon chilli powder
6 bird’s eye chillies, sliced
1 liter coconut milk
1 liter water
½ tablespoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 cup channa dhal flour, mixed with 1 cup flour
½ cup roasted peanuts,pounded
1 tablespoon lime juice
Others coriander leaves
Preparation:
1. Heat oil and sauce onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric and chilli powder. Add chillies, TC BOY Tuna and chopped coriander. Mix well.
2. Add coconut milk and water . Mix well ,cook over medium fire.
3. Stir in channa dhal flour mixture, peanuts, fish sauce and black pepper powder. Boil for 10 minutes, add salt to taste.
4. Put yellow noodles into serving bowl, top with fish cake and egg.
5. Pour gravy over the noodles. Garnish with crispy fried onions,spring onions, corianders leaves and serve with lime slices.
