Salad Nicoise

Ingredient:
1 can TC BOY Chunky Flakes Tuna in vegetable oil, drained
3-4 pieces salad leaves, shredded
1-2 stalks local lettuce
1-2 pieces cashew nut shoots
½ carrot, sliced finely & mixed
1-2 stalks long beans, sliced finely & mixed
Others a little anchovy fillet, sliced finely & mixed
1 bunch ulam raja, finely sliced
2-3 pieces selon leaves, sliced
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon sliced lemon grass
1 tablespoon sliced torch ginger bud (bunga kantan)
1 tablespoon sliced kaffir lime leaves
2 tablespoons kerisik (pounded roasted grated coconut)
Others sliced cucumber, tomato wedges & red capsicum for garnishing
Preparation:
1. Put all salad ingredients into a big bowl. Add lime, lemon juice and kerisik
2. Mix thoroughly. Add salt to taste.
3. Garnish with tomato wedges, sliced cucumber and red capsicum. Place TC BOY Tuna over salad and serve.

Preparation:
