Ingredient:
3 cans TC BOY Tuna with Chili Padi
100g four-angled beans, finely sliced
20g small onions, finely sliced
15g bird’s eye chilies, finely sliced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
20g dried shrimps, fried until crispy & pounded
50g kerisik (pounded roasted grated coconut)
Others salt & sugar
Cooking oil
Ground to a fine paste
20g dried chilies, soaked in hot water
50g grated coconut
Preparation:
1. Heat Oil and sauce ground ingredients until fragrant.
2. Mix TC BOY Tuna, sliced vegetables and fried ingredients. Add in kerisik and lemon juice. Season with sugar and salt.
3. Garnish with pounded crispy dried shrimps and serve.
