Galette Tuna

Ingredient:
Ingredients for crust
2 cups All purpose flour
200g Cold butter, dices small
6 tablespoons sour cream
Others cold water
Salt
Ingredients for filling
4 cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in Vegetable Oil, drained & shredded.
2 large onions, peeled & chopped finely
3 tomatoes, sliced
15 green olives pitted & sliced
2 green chilies chopped finely
2 tablespoons capers
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg, beaten slightly
Others juice from ½ lemon
Salt
Preparation:
Method for crust
1. Sieve flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
2. Add butter into the flour and mix until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
3. Add in the sour cream and cold water a little at a time, and knead to form a soft dough.
Cover dough with plastic cling wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Method for filling
1. Roll out dough to a ½ cm, thick round shape
2. Place TC BOY Tuna, mayonnaise, capers, green olives, green chillies, tomatoes and onions on top of the dough.
3. Brush beaten egg along the sides of the dough, fold into shape of a galette (free form pie).
4. Place galette on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
