Ingredient:
2 x 180g cans TC BOY Solid white meat Tuna in sunflower oil, drained
300g wheat flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup Dhal bean (boiled)
1 pc onion,peeled and finely sliced
2 pcs green chilies, thinly sliced
1 can creamy corn
2 teaspoons salt and pepper
2 pcs eggs
1 handful “Kucai”(a type of plant like spring onion), finely chopped
Others cooking oil
Preparation:
1.In a bowl, mix wheat flour, baking powder, curry powder, eggs and mix well. Add Dhal bean, chilies, onion and mix again.
2.Add creamy corn, TC BOY Tuna and mix well.Add salt,pepper, kucai and mix again until thickened.
3. Heat oil, spoon the mixture and fried on medium flame until golden yellow. Drain the oil and serve.
