Ingredient:
2 x 180g cans TC BOY Solid white meat tuna in vegetable oil,drained
400g potato, boiled and mashed
1pc onion, peeled and fine sliced
2 teaspoons Fish curry powder
½ teaspoon Ground pepper powder
1pc red chili finely chopped
1pc egg
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 handful coriander leaves, chopped.
Others sugar ,cooking oil
Preparation:
1. In a big bowl , mix TC BOY Tuna ,potato,onion,curry powder,red chilies,fish sauce,coriander leaves,ground pepper powder,sugar ,egg and mix well
2. Shape mixture into slightly ping pong balls and deep fried in hot oil until golden yellow.
