Tuna with lemongrass salad

Ingredient:
2 x 180g cans TC BOY Solid white meat Tuna in sunflower oil, drained
3 stalks lemongrass, finely sliced
1pc kaffir lime leaf
2 pcs shallots, peeled and finely sliced
6 pcs mint leaves
2 pcs saw tooth hero leaves
5 pcs Bird’s eye chili (fried and set aside)
For dressing
½ tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoons fish sauce
½ cup tamarind juice
1pc (big) garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Others lettuce and cashew nuts (for garnishing)
Preparation:
1. In a big bowl, add brown sugar , lemon juice, fish sauce, tamarind juice and garlic. Stir and mix thoroughly.
2. Add lemongrass , kaffir lime leaf, shallots, saw tooth hero and mint leaves.
3. Add TC BOY Tuna and bird’s eye chilies.
4. Spoon the dressing on mixture . Garnish with lettuce and cashew nuts before serving.
