Ingredient:
Ingredients for tosai
2 cups rice, soaked overnight
1 cups urad dhal, skinned and soaked overnight
½ cup rice, cooked
Others water (approximately 1200 ml)
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
Salt
Cooking oil
Ingredients for Tuna Masala
1 can TC BOY Solid Tuna in Spring Water,drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
4 spring scurry leaves
2 tablespoon big onion, minced
2 green chillies, sliced
2 tablespoons meat curry powder
2 tablespoons tandoori paste
1 cup potato, cubed & boilded
1 cup tomato, sliced round
Others salt
Water
Preparation:
Method for Tosai
1.Mix the uncooked rice with dhal and water together in a blender. Add cooked rice and blend until it well mixed.
2. Assure the consistency of the tosai mix,add water if needed.Put aside for 8 hours.
3. Just before cooking, add soda bicarbonate and salt to taste.
4.Heat the non-stick pan. Sprinkle some oil. Using a spoon ,spread the osai mixture on the pan. Leave the cook.
Method for Tuna Masala
1.Heat olive oil and sauce garlic, mustard seeds and curry leaves until fragrant. Add green chilies and big onions.
2.Add meat curry powder and little water. Add tandoori paste and mix well.
3. Add TC BOY Tuna, potatoes and sliced tomatoes, allow to cook further.
4. Add salt to taste and serve.
