Tuna & Seafood Spaghetti

Spagetti Tuna & Makanan Laut

Ingredient:
1 can TC BOY Solid Tuna in spring water ,drained
1 red capsicum, diced
1 green capsicum, diced
6 tomatoes, boiled & mashed
1 cup garlic butter
1 packet spaghetti,boiled with a pinch of salt for 12 minutes
200g fish fillet
200g squid
200g prawns
5-6 pieces fresh shitake mushrooms,diced
2-3 cloves garlic,chopped
Others chopped parsley
Cooking oil
Preparation:
1. Cook spaghetti for 12 minutes,drain, add some cooking oil and set aside.
2.Heat garlic butter ad sauce capsicums until soft. Add tomato puree and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti.
3. Melt some garlic butter with chopped parsley and sauce garlic, shitake mushrooms for 1-2 minutes. Add in mixed seafood and TC BOY Tuna, stir-fry until cooked.
4. Pour on top of the tomato sauce and spaghetti. Serve.
