Tuna & Mango Kerabu

Kerabu Ikan Tuna & Mangga

Ingredient:
3 cans TC BOY Solid Tuna in spring water, drained
4 unripe mangoes – peeled, stoned & sliced
½ cup dried shrimps, fried until crispy
10 shallots, peeled & sliced
10 bird eye chilies, sliced finely
3 tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
½ cupfish sauce
4 tablespoons palm sugar
Others juice from 2 limes
A handful of mint leaves, chopped
Preparation:
1. The crispy dried shrimps are pounded slightly.
2. In a large bowl, shred TC BOY, add mango slices, shallots, bird’s eye chilies, lime juice and chopped mint leaves. Mix until well combined.
3. Add tomatoes and dried shrimps.
4. Add palm sugar, a little lime juice and fish sauce. Mix and serve.
