A favourite at Thai restaurants that you can make at home
Ingredient:
3 cans TC BOY Solid White Meat Tuna in Vegetables Oil, Drained
20 g Kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
30g kaduk leaves, finely sliced
30g long bean, finely sliced
30g all-purpose flour
4 eggs
4 tablespoons fish sauce
Other soil for deep-frying
Ground to a fine paste
30g fresh turmeric, peeled
50g ginger,peeled
30g garlic, peeled
50g small onions, peeled
50g coriander roots
30g dried chilies, soaked in hot water
50g lemon grass
50g galangal, peeled
30g shrimp paste
20g birds eye chilies
Preparation:
1. Heat oil and sauce ground ingredients until fragrant.
2. In a bowl, combine TC BOY Tuna, sliced kaduk leaves, kaffir lime leaves, long beans and fried ground ingredients. Add fish sauce to taste. Add in a little flour and egg.With oiled palms, shape mixture into slightly flattened balls.
3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden yellow.
4. Garnish with long beans.
