Tuna Filled Deep Fried Bean Curd

Ingredient:
2 cans TC BOY Tuna Mayonnaise
4-6 cakes bean curd, halved
200g prawn meat, minced
2 teaspoons oysters sauce
6 pieces fresh shitake mushrooms,chopped finely
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 teaspoons ground pepper
1 tablespoons fish sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1egg, slightly beaten
Others salt to taste
Flour
Oil for deep frying
Chili sauce
For garnishing cucumber, pineapple, tomatoes and lettuce
Preparation:
1. Mix prawn meat, mushrooms, garlic, ground pepper, fish sauce, oyster sauce and TC BOY Tuna. Add salt to taste
2. Sandwich two pieces of bean curd with the mixture .Coat with flour, dip into beaten egg and bread crumbs.
3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain.
4. Garnish with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, pineapples and serve with chili sauce.
